Sheena & Adam were my last wedding of the year and right from the start, they said they wanted something different.

The day started off pretty traditional with the girls getting ready and a church service.

But then we headed downtown Kitchener for some 'urban' shots of the couple and the wedding party (yay, no park shots!).

Then it was off to the EdelWeiss Tavernfor the reception. Coolest part was that they had The Lulu's Band perform at their wedding. It was great and I recommend it to any other couples getting married.

Teresa & Ric were married in Kitchener on October 27, 2007.

Teresa's from Windsor originally, so she got ready at her hotel room after a little bit of hair & makeup at Pino's Salon & Spa. Ric is the hometown boy, so he got ready at his mom's.

The ceremony took place at St. Aloysius in Kitchener.

The plan was to head up to Waterloo Park after for some pictures, but the weather conspired against us (we did manage to get one shot with the limo driver ;)) So it was off to Kitchener City hall for some cool shots indoors.

The reception was held at Emmanuel Village where I got to see some of the best dancing at a wedding!

Natalie & Owen live in British Columbia and booked me sight unseen which is always a little nerve racking for everyone.

Luckily, we hit if off on their wedding day.

The girls started off with a little hair and makeup at Henning Salon (very nice!) in Orangeville.

The ceremony and reception took place at Hockley Valley Resort.

Owen's parents are custom jewelers and designed and made both the wedding bands. They do great work and you can check them out here

On October 6th, Katharine & Matthew were married at Katharine's family church in the small village of Ayton.

Several of Katharine's great aunt's were married there, and she wanted to keep up the tradition.

After the ceremony, we headed back to Hockley Valley Resort, with a few stops along the way, for pictures and the reception.
