I like doing things different every once and a while.

Kate just wasn't into doing pictures at the park, just wasn't her style.

That's cool.

So we headed off to a couple of bars that Kate & Matthew love (and met at... I think?) for some pictures.

On May 24th I had the pleasure of spending the day photography Elizabeth and Ben's wedding.

The day started off at Oz Hair & Skin.

After the ceremony, which was performed by Elizabeth's father (brilliantly I might ad!) we headed off to Kitchener to the Pioneer Tower which is actually pretty much in Elizabeth's backyard.

Finally on our tour of Waterloo Region, we finished up in Cambridge for an elegant reception at The Pines

Stupid mosquitoes!

We headed out to one of Johns old fishing/drinking holes to do some engagement pictures by a really nice waterfall.

Unfortunately, since it had rained the night before, we lasted about 30 seconds by the water before getting swarmed.

Oh well, we still found some great spots for some pictures that were bug free.

Oh well, after eventually finding a parking spot Geeta, Jerry and I strolled around the Beaches neighborhood of Toronto for their engagement pictures.

I had a blast at my first Indian wedding!

Well, actually it was only a reception since Gurpreet and Satdip actually got married in Calgary the week before but still... What a party!

The reception took place at LeJardin in Woodbridge.

One week I'm in the big city, the next I'm out on the farm...

I headed up to Listowel to do Leslie & Ron's engagement pictures but since they've got two cute 1 year old boys, we decided to try and combine it into a little family shoot as well.

Leslie & Ron are getting married on August 2nd, 2008 in Listowel with a reception under canvas at the farm.

I got to spend the afternoon with Stefanie & Matthew in Toronto to do some engagement pictures.

We started off at Upper Canada College, Matthew's old alma mater.

After that we just strolled up and down Younge street and finished off the shoot around their home.

Stefanie & Matthew are getting married on September 13, 2008 at the Capitol Event Theatre (one of the coolest venues around!)
