Capturing the Light Photography
Today was my last day at the .... day job.
I'm now officially on paternity leave.
I'm really excited to be spending time with my kids and helping to take care of them.
My wife's done an awesome job so far, so I've got some big shoes to fill.
Now that I'm home all day, check the blog for lots of pictures of Jack & Emma.
Ok, that was cold.
I shot Angela & Jordan's engagement session on a blustery November day in downtown Cambridge.
They were real troopers! Always ready for one more shot.

On September 29, 2007 I started my day in the town of Mitchell at the Deep Roots Salon & Spa with Fiona and her girls getting the hair and makeup done.
After the girls were dressed, we headed down the road to the town of Milverton for the ceremony and some family pictures.
Finally we ended up at the Stratford Art Gallery to finish up the pictures and finally the reception at the Arden Park

I seem to be doing a lot of engagement shoots in Waterloo Park, which is fine by me since there are so many cool spots to shoot in.
Aline & John are getting married on August 9, 2008 in Mount Forest.
Everyone will be getting ready at John's parents place in the country with a church wedding to follow in Mount Forest.
Then it's off to Golf's Steak House for the reception.

I spent a sunday afternoon up in Rockwood Conservation Area with Laura & Darin for their engagement shoot.
Laura & Darin are getting married at the Olde Bridge Place Bed & Breakfast right beside the historic West Montrose Kissing Bridge on June 7, 2008.

Kasey & Chris were married on September 15th, 2008 at the Conestogo Golf & Country Club in an intimate outdoor ceremony. Although it was a little on the cold side, we still managed to get some great pictures.

I seem to be seeing a lot of this great province of our lately.
On September 14, 2007 I photographed Tara & Bron's wedding that took me on a little road trip.
The girls started off at the Hair Loft in Orangville for some hair and makeup.
Then it was off to Bron's parents place near Shelbourne for some pictures.
We just managed to finish (well, almost!) the pictures before the rain started. We drove through the rain back to Kitchener for a ceremony at St. Anthony Daniel's church with a reception at the pavilion in Victoria Park.
