Vander Linden Family | Portraits
Christa & Nigel are former wedding clients of mine from way back in 2006.
They asked me to join them up at the cottage for some portraits of the entire Vander Linden family.
I had a great time catching up with everyone and we got some great pictures.

Laura + Darin | Wedding
On June 7th, Laura & Darin were married at the Covered Bridge Bed & Breakfast just north of Waterloo in West Montrose.
It's an awesome spot for an outdoor wedding.
Martti from Kettle Creek Weddings officiated and did a great job.
It was a pretty laid back day, we even had time to stop at Laura & Darin's new house for a little break between the ceremony and reception (we took a few pics too of course!)
The reception was held at the Romanian Banatul Centre in Kitchener.

Stephanie + David | Wedding
On May 25, Sephanie & David were married in Waterloo at the KW Bilingual School which was a little different but it was important to Stephanie & David as they both attended the school.
After that it was off to Toronto to Auberge de Pommier an intimate and elegant French restaurant.
Needless to say, the food was amazing!

Samantha + Shawn | Engagement
Mosquitoes. Again.
Actually it worked out OK since they went after Shawn and Sam and left me alone :)
I met up with them at the Alps Mill Conservation area just outside of Brantford for their engagement pictures.
I didn't realize it until we had been there for a while, but I had actually done an engagement session there two years ago. Time flies...
Samantha & Shawn are getting in married in November at the Olympia Banquet Hall in Hamilton.

Picture of the month
I saw another photographer who does this on their blog and I figured imitation IS the sincerest form of flattery so here goes... :)
I'll be picking one image a month as my 'Picture of the Month'.
It could be a wedding image, engagement picture or even something from my personal work.
There's no set criteria, just whatever strikes my fancy. I may not know art, but I know what I like. :)

Jennifer + Chris | Engagement
I met Jennifer & Chris at their home in the west end of Toronto for some engagement pictures.
I didn't really know the area, but I had arrived a little early and drove around and found the Humber College Lakeshore Campus. Lots of cool old stone buildings combined with some modern architecture.
I think at one time it must have been a boarding school or something.
Anyways... After that we headed down to the (rocky!) beach and then back to their house for a couple shots at their first home.
Jennifer & Chris are getting married at the Old Mill on October 4th, 2008.
